As described on the P.A.C.E home page, P.A.C.E. is a 3 day seminar for law enforcement by law enforcement designed to combine lecture and hands-on training with total participation in the evolving tactics of criminal interdiction. There will also be a class on current trends detected locally in Massachusetts. At P.A.C.E. you will become enlightened to your natural abilities as a veteran law enforcement officer to detect criminal behavior and articulate it in a manner that results in solid convictions. Determine when to take your law enforcement encounter to the next level to locate and access contraband even when disguised using elaborate electronic, hydraulic, and other secret compartments whether in motor vehicles or in residences. ![]() P.A.C.E. Massachusetts was established in 2001 as ACE (Aggressive Criminal Enforcement) and has been offered on seven different occasions and attended by over 1000 police officers and law enforcement personnel. P.A.C.E. invites the best of the best to instruct area law enforcement on how to hone their abilities in detection and interdiction of criminal activities. P.A.C.E. always works to improve each year by reading participant evaluations and tweaking the total presentation. Sheriff Mike Lewis of Wicomico County Maryland and retired Maryland State Police Sergeant will return this year to present. His approach to law enforcement and his "way of life" is the foundation and core of P.A.C.E. He is truly the best. P.A.C.E. 2008 will also present instructors from across the nation and on top of their game, "in the zone," and willing to share their knowledge and experience. ![]() |
